Michelle Gleeson established Go-To Counsel™ in 2024 after many years of working both in-house and in private practice, across a range of sectors and jurisdictions. While there will always be a need for larger, full service law firms – some of which Michelle has had the pleasure of training and working with - she recognised a growing demand from businesses for a more personalised and flexible approach to legal support.
The firm was built on the belief that effective legal support should be practical, accessible and closely aligned with the way a business actually operates. Clients should be able to work directly with an experienced specialist who understands their organisation, priorities and commercial realities, without navigating multiple layers of lawyers.
